On Wednesday November 14 between 3am and 6am ET, Olo will be taking scheduled downtime for an offline database maintenance operation. For a period during this window, all sites and services will be unavailable. Orders scheduled to fire during this period will queue until after the system is back up. If for any reason we need to back out of the maintenance, it will be retried the following day, November 15 during the same time window.

Identified - We're experiencing a service disruption with DoorDash impacting both Dispatch requests and Rails orders. We have temporarily disabled DoorDash deliveries, and are in contact with DoorDash to work towards restoring service.

Monitoring - We are no longer seeing elevated error rates connecting to Aloha Loyalty, but will continue to monitor the issue.

Investigating - We are unable to connect to the Aloha Loyalty service at this time. Users will be unable to redeem offers and points will not accrue for any orders placed. We are working with NCR to resolve this issue.

Note: Aloha POS integrations are not affected by this issue.
