On Wednesday November 14 between 3am and 6am ET, Olo will be taking scheduled downtime for an offline database maintenance operation. For a period during this window, all sites and services will be unavailable. Orders scheduled to fire during this period will queue until after the system is back up. If for any reason we need to back out of the maintenance, it will be retried the following day, November 15 during the same time window.
