On Tuesday August 28 between 3am and 6am ET, Olo will be taking scheduled downtime for an offline database maintenance operation. During this window, all sites and services will be unavailable. Orders scheduled to fire during this window will fire after the system restarts. If for any reason we need to back out of the maintenance, it will be retried the following day, Wednesday 29th during the same time window.
